Nice room with lots of space. Clean and comfortable

Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel Should be 3 stars only, Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

Front of house experience was fantastic but the support supplied to them was lacking, toke nearly 4 hours to get a cot/ baby bed and 12 hours to get bedding for the sofa bed.

The location is perfect. A five minute walk from the Haram. We really enjoyed our stay. Room service was great. Made a change from the fast food everywhere else. Really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and spacious, great service and location. The bathroom needs to be renovated, but it was clean and functional.

This hotel is great for proximity to the Haram, Overall I would say its great with just one small drawback. The food stall in the building of the hotel cause a lot of food odors, all day you will smell food while staying here. The service and food was amazing
