Beautiful room with beautiful views, perfectly located close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Cannot fault the staff and their breakfast service was lovely.
The bathroom was gorgeous!

Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest.
Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers.
Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing.
