Palermo Coast Scuba Diving Holidays

This is not a 4 star hotel. I had a nice room and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is mostly sweets, no fruit. The elevator near my room makes loud groaning noises when in use. But the location is poor, some distance from the tourist area down twisted poorly maintained streets. I got lost twice trying to find it again. Taxis charge 20 euros to take you less than a mile to the main tourist area. Nearby restaurants are for locals with nothing in English. I just can't recommend it because of the location. Otherwise OK.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. A classic, old palazzo, beautifully restored, right in the center of Palermo. Very clean, very comfortable, good sized rooms, quiet air conditioning, and fantastic views from the rooftop restaurant and bar. Be sure to have a drink in the bar with Robert, a true professional with an engaging personality with amazing stories to tell Very highly recommended

Our stay was incredible. We were well looked after by all of the staff, the Villa was beautiful with extremely comfortable rooms. It is really well placed and an easy walk down into the Old Town and beach. We highly recommend staying here.

A great boutique hotel in the historic centre of Palermo. The hotel has five rooms - ours was bright, cheerful and spotlessly clean. It had a wonderful ceiling. Staff are brilliant - very helpful and always contactable. The hotel is well situated for all key tourist attractions, the cathedral, fountain of shame etc even the new port area is within walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cake shops etc and the central rail station is only a few hundred metres away. Breakfast was good - a lot of choice provided by a bakery five minutes from the hotel. We stayed for seven days and would recommend the hotel to our friends and family - it is a great place to stay well worth a 5 star rating.

Loved our stay at massimo. In a greatly location, right across from the opera house. Great bfast provided each morning. Good, clean room of good size. Staff very accommodating. The entire place is older and could use a refresh but very clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place in great location
