The following day, I confirmed with the restaurant staff that my name was, in fact, correctly listed in the system. The manager, Tamas, who was professional and courteous, explained that this may have been due to a privacy policy. However, providing incorrect information to someone legitimately looking for a registered guest is unacceptable and caused unnecessary confusion. On a positive note, the restaurant staff provided excellent service, the food was very good, and the room itself was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

From check in, to arranging transportation for traveling home- this was a fantastic experience. Generous breakfast available everyday, afternoon cookies and a crazy complimentary antipasti evening spread were welcomed surprises. Walkable to any place in Navigli, a great center of nightlife. Cool and modern- loved it!
