The room and hotel were fine. I was expecting a wow factor, but there was none. the food in the downstairs bar was ok, nothing exciting. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was low. I paid extra for the "city view" and was disappointed to not see the skyline.

Everyone was a pleasure! We missed our overseas flight and got stuck here in Atlanta but the JW Marriott in buck head helped made our stay a complete pleasure. We thank all of the staff immensely.

The door wasn’t shutting properly
The toilet barely flushed. You had to flush just pee like 4 times
