Friendly staff with excellent customer service! My wife left a pair of jeans in closet, the staff have arranged to return to us. Just overall a good vibe !

Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff.

The facility was extremely clean, modern, and spacious. It felt more like a Nordic apartment than a hotel. And for a price when we stayed, that is one heck of a deal. It came with great amenities like a kitchen and a washer + dryer combo. It is also extremely easy to get to from Oslo S. Use the elevator on the south side between tracks 3 and 4 (where you will alight from the airport train), turn left on the bridge, use the elevator there, then walk down Toyenbekken and turn right on Gronlandsleiret. Took us 8 minutes and was super easy. The neighbourhood is sketchy at night, but we didn't feel too uneasy at 11 pm. But if you are travelling alone, I would suggest sticking to the main street only at night (Gronlandsleiret). During the day, it feels very safe.

The hotel was very good. Clean and comfy room. Only disappointment was the noise at night from the night club that went on till 3. This meant we were sleep deprived. Therefore we can only rate the stay as okay.

Shower door sticky. Shower leaked. No inside door lock. Some elevator buttons did not illuminate. Breakfast was lukewarm warm.

We stayed at the hotel in early September experiencing excellent service. Receptionist Lilian allowed us to park our car there before the check-in time so that we could spend most of the day exploring Oslo. She was so patient and showed us the best ways to get to a few places in the city. Other staff were also very helpful. Clean everywhere, including large and shared kitchen and bath rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to a large playground in a very quiet residential area. Will stay there when coming to Oslo in the future.
