(1,002 reviews) Breakfast was fine but exactly the same every day-something most hotels should aim to change by providing the odd addition to the standard fare from time to time. Front desk was helpful. Housekeeping was dreadful: room not cleaned properly and items in bathroom not replaced on three consecutive days. Surely the cleaner can see that paper goods, etc. need replenishing? The hotel is in the back of beyond, with an hourly bus service most of the time which took about an hour to an hour and a half to get into town. The hotel states that it has good public transport links-that is a joke. The alternative is to take the hotel shuttle to the airport (8 Euros) each time you want to head into town from there. The hotel is fine in terms of amenities but needs a makeover: corridors are dirty/scuffed. Were it not for the front-desk staff's helpfulness, I would say that the hotel was a real disappointment.
