"This is a wonderful apartment that occupies the top floor of a detached building in the beautiful market place. There are 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains, forest, stream, park and charming buildings of the town. The town is quiet yet full of charm and character. "We stayed here in August for two weeks, with our two children (12 and 14). Apartment is very bright and airy and has pretty much all you could want. Plenty of space, good WiFi (appreciated by teenagers!) and a decent sized balcony. Only improvements I would suggest are fixing the extractor fan in the main bathroom which fell off by itself a couple of times and also the kitchen tap, which only seems to spray water, like a shower. Other than that, it's perfect! Location is very good, 10min walk to...

On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. "The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"Die Erklärungen unserer Vermieterin waren sehr klar und jedes Mal, wenn wir etwas brauchten, ging sie auf uns ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht ist sehr schön (auch wenn es im Frühling oder Sommer besser sein muss) und die Gegend ist ideal für alle Arten von Spaziergängen. "Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."
