A very pleasant and centrally located hotel. Helpful staff, clean facility all around, room was impeccable, sheets and towels were top quality. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices.

Not very happy with the hotel very poor WiFi fridge is not working and definitely not 5 star hotel in my opinion

A very pleasant and centrally located hotel. Helpful staff, clean facility all around, room was impeccable, sheets and towels were top quality. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices.

This is our second visit to Cappadocia First visit was amazing that’s why we loved the area and decided to go again. The staff were nice and helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel location is far, and somehow overpriced we picked it cause of its amenities (spa, outdoor and indoor pool )buyer were so disappointed that indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool was not clean plus whenever we try to schedule the spa we were told that they only take one guest at a time in the whole facility and that means we can’t use the suna or Steam room cause they are always busy, Although during our 2 night stay the hotel looked empty even the breakfast buffet was canceled since there were not enough people in the hotel The room was spacious and clean but no view what so ever, the noise from the road was a little disturbing at night. Somehow disappointing

I booked a king room and I went in and they said they don’t have it they offered to put two twin beds togather but I’m mad on why no one informed me before coming and then the only room that had the king was the upgraded suite I was being unconvinced and the best they said they can do is give me £10 off

Dirty old hotel that just smells and is major need of a renovation. Asked for none smoking room got non smoking room that smelt like someone chain smoked 18 packs.
