Disappointing and poor value for money.

It's in a great location, central to everything within Dublin. Easy to get to places and the buffet breakfast is surprisingly good. Helpful staff.

Nice property but worn out. Had to pick up keys from a remote location and then get a taxi (or 25 min walk with suitcases).

Booked the hotel for a stop over after a concert for a few hours sleep before heading to the airport. Comfy beds at a reasonable price. Will stay again.

It was a good hotel great location. Could use more power outlets, we had just one near the bed.

We visited the Dylan Hotel for two nights and had a great time at the hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly Hotel location was very quiet and convenient for visiting the tourist sites in Dublin

On my first trip to Ireland years ago I stayed at the Fitzwilliam and it was such a wonderful experience that when my son and I decided to go for two weeks, I knew that I wanted the Fitzwilliam to be part of our Dublin experience. The Fitzwilliam did not disappoint. From the minute, our cab pulled up, we were treated like special guests, and with that wonderful Irish friendliness that I love so much. Everything was top-notch. The room, the breakfast buffet, the amenities and everyone that works there. The location at Saint Stephen’s Green is top notch and convenient to everything. Please treat yourself to this wonderful hotel if you’ll be in Dublin. I certainly hope I’ll get to go back again.

After much research on line, I chose the Morgan for its walkability. It was a fabulous choice! Excellent hotel in every regard - look no further!

Convenient, comfortable location in the heart of Dublin.

the advertising and follow up communication for this property was highly misleading. This is student housing converted for short term stays, they do not make it obvious that basic amenities and kitchen access are not available until the confirmation emails so it felt a bit like a bait and switch. the confirmation for the reservation included a lot of information that was not relevant to us, or a surprise after reading the listing. not late arrival friendly. The boiler control was not working well, the shower was either too hot to actually stand in, or freezing cold. no in between despite following use instructions, watching videos, trying tweaks, etc. just not user friendly (or not working properly) otherwise, there was a nice amount of space, it was a convenient location. but for the price, id suggest getting a hotel in the area instead. the lack of amenities (like supplying our own toilet paper, no fresh towels) made for an inconvenient stay.
