"The staff was very nice. I asked for ice for my room, and the front desk directed me to the bar, and the bar had no ice. Additionally, there was a huge party my final night in the hotel, which went on until 3 am. It was VERY loud in my hotel room, and made sleeping really difficult. Soundproofing would not be remiss. Bar servers were not really well versed, and none could tell me if the drink menu they publish online was available, and then said it wasn't. Otherwise, the staff was lovely, and the room was clean and nice - and the location was good. "

"The staff was wonderful and very welcoming and I was checked in way earlier than my 3pm check in time slot. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood and close enough to the city center and the Dublin must see sites!! Highly recommended!!!"
