We booked a room based on the pictures provided when making the reservation. However, when we arrived, we were not given the room we had booked. We were shown four different rooms, all of which looked the same, and none matched the room we had originally selected.
We were then informed that the room we had booked was actually already occupied/booked out and that we would not be able to stay in the room we had paid for. This was extremely disappointing, as the room we received was not what was advertised or what we had booked based on the pictures provided.

Stayed here only one night before our flight out of Bangkok, what a beautiful and relaxing hotel. I also had a massage session at their Spa and it was amazing ! Staffs were great and breakfast buffet was good. Will definitely be back for more nights.
