The property owner went out of their way to make the space comfortable and was extremely responsive and eager to help and answer questions. The loft was spacious and lovely and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter. If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.

My first time staying in a Landing Property and I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the amenities and customer service. The communication was great and I will definitely stay in a Landing Property again.

Wonderful stay with so much to do!

I purchased the executive suite for my sister and her husband's 2nd year wedding anniversary. Water was backed up in the tub, light bulbs were missing and their microwave wasn't in the room. May not sound like much but I was very upset because I wanted their experience to be a great one. On the bright side they took really nice pictures in the lobby. The historical hotel is a landmark for Memphis and I hate giving this type of review but I paid a lot of money only to be disappointed.😞
