The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe.

Continental Breakfast consisted of, coffee, cereal, muffins, and apples. Not what I expected. Staff not friendly. Not very clean.

The lobby was nice. Employees had children at work with them, and employees were barefooted. We booked adjoining rooms since we reserved 2 rooms. We were told they did not have adjoining rooms, but they did, so employees also lied. Our rooms were not even on the same floor. Room stunk badly, beds VERY uncomfortable

The queen suite was fabulous only strange thing non smoking and smoking rooms are together i have copd so being around smoke is rough for someone that cant be around it but i had a great visit

The room was relatively clean but did have a musty smell to it. One of the beds had a major dip on one side that wasn't noticeable until after you'd been in it for a bit but I was too tired to switch. It was like an air mattress with a leak. We slept in the other bed the next night and it was better. My daughter and I went there for a dog show so we weren't expecting a lot but it would have been nice to not have to go to a casino for food but there was nothing around and no delivery places.

Furniture could be updated, it looked a tad but dingy like it hadn't been polished. I mistakingly pickef a smokingroom that wasnt that bad since i brought a Airwick plug in that helped tremendously !! Overall not bad for a $45 room.

Lady bugs was all on the wall and ceiling of the room. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. And the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong and we was supposed to be in non smoking area

The only complaint would be that the breakfast was not satisfying. There ahould be a larger variety of foods. Also, no ice machine on the 2nd floor was very inconvenient.
