9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,051 reviews)
The public bath had a weird smell, and used towels were piled up higher than my height. Amenities had also run out when I went there, and the stone sauna was out of order. Furthermore, when I arranged for luggage forwarding from the hotel to the airport, the front desk wrote down the wrong pickup date, so I received a call asking me to collect my bags a day early.
I am very disappointed that this property does not maintain the same standards as the Haneda location.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,051 reviews)
Very clean rooms and property. Great location with convenient metro lines close by. Staff were very accommodating, they were willing to secure our luggage after checkout until our train arrived. Would stay again.
