This hotel is truly amazing! Definitely recommend stay here. The staff were all polite and helpful, especially Vanni who went above and beyond to help us when health problems occurred. The views and facilities were amazing and the food was stunning! Even with dietary requirements- nothing was an issue and all tasted just as delicious.

The hotel was perfectly located in Porto San Paolo. Laura, Francesca, and Danielle were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. And swift to reply to emails before we arrived, answering all our Qs. We experienced a couple of minor issues in our room, but these were resolved promptly and without any fuss. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable – I had the best sleep on them! We stayed in the studio apartment, which was spacious and very cosy. The breakfasts were delicious! One suggestion would be for the hotel to compile a list of recommended restaurants, which could easily be printed and handed out to guests. It would also be helpful to include local bus routes and timetables, as services are infrequent. And also including which beaches need to be booked in advance (we didn't do that in the end, to be honest, as there so many outstanding beaches to visit). Providing this information in advance would be a great added touch. Sort of like a welcome pack. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Dining was exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality foods, and dinners at the resort’s restaurants were a highlight. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing local flavors with impeccable presentation. Facilities were outstanding. The pool and private beach access were pristine, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the water. The wellness center and gym were equally impressive, offering both relaxation and the chance to stay active. Transfers and resort services were efficient, making it easy to explore nearby San Teodoro or simply relax on the property. Ours was a one night stay during a driving tour of Sardinia. La Baja is somewhat off the beaten track but a decent location for an intended visit to Tharros - though not executed by us because of poor weather (mid April 12). However, we were well met by friendly and helpful staff and made to feel welcome. It was clearly low season and our half board dinner was poor. Breakfast standard fare and OK. Location and our room balcony provided great panorama of a fairly ordinary bay (as later contrasted with what can be seen from other locations on the east coast...) but as also later discovered East Coast prices are higher. Overall, a decent stopover but unless you are seeking high Summer sun at a lower price than elsewhere on this lovely island do not book a week.

Everybody is super polite. Hotel is super clean and it has a very good beach. Hotel is very suitable for families with kids. Food is tasty but options are usually same and repetitive. I recommend not to purchase the half board option. I do not think it makes a difference yo purchase it in advance.

Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff seemed functional but not particularly welcoming. Perhaps they felt it was the end of the season. Maybe they should fully function and then close rather than stay half open.

The hotel was perfect for our beach holiday. Very relaxing stay, our room had a wonderful sea view and it was great to have the use of the hotel swimming pool and gardens when we wanted. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, all very efficient and created a relaxed, family atmosphere. A few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but hotel food was very good too. Would definitely recommend.

We really liked our stay, breakfast had enough options for Italy, and good coffee. Diner - salad & desert bar as well as choice of 3 served apetizers and main courses. We loved the memory foam mattresses and pillows. Staff was very nice from cleaning ladies through receptions until waiters, we even got an upgrade to celebrate our anniversary! The only thing that needs improvement is the door lock that kept getting stuck (it was a real struggle to open the room) and the extremly narrow shower… i could barely shower my kid there let alone myself. Otherwise it was a very nice experience and good base for exploring the area.
