"This is undoubtedly the worst hotel we've stayed in. When we arrived (parking is awful, by the way, so we opted for one of the two private spaces right outside the bar. £8 for the privilege) we were unable to check in via the main entrance and had to go in via the bar at the side, which was unattended. ..."
