Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. Las instalaciones se mantienen impecablemente limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que hace que la estadía sea muy agradable. El personal es sumamente atento y gentil, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer sentir a los huéspedes bienvenidos. Nos encantó la música en vivo que ofrecen, creando un ambiente relajado y acogedor. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: está muy cerca de los principales lugares turísticos, lo que facilita explorar la zona sin complicaciones. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

O hotel é muito bonito, bem conservado e com um staf super gentil e pronto a ajudar.
O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável, porém na sexta-feira e sábado à noite, o nosso quarto era em frente a uma praça com um bar no terraço de um dos restaurantes perto. A música era muito alta até de madrugada e isso foi o único inconveniente desse hotel. Se não fosse por este detalhe, seria simplesmente perfeito.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff very attentive. Some minor issues with the in-room safe. Clean but somewhat dated hotel decor. Overall, I would recommend.

The hotel was clean and in a safe location but it is not a 5 star property. Customer service needs improvement. Not all staff was friendly or helpful. Breakfast was grossly overpriced and underwhelming. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view and the beds were comfortable. I would come back to Panama but probably would stay elsewhere.
