Could use an update

Safe yourself the worries… we did not have a good experience… from the time we got to the front desk it was unpleasant. Nothing works properly…from the shower to the room phone the safe lock the AC the ice cream machine always out of certain drinks could never get a reservation at restaurant. Most of the staff is un aware of what’s going on a lot of misleading information, must refill your water bottles or pay extra for water I can go on and on but I will stop here. The only friendly people are the ones that picks up your plate and the people that works with the water activities and our house keeping lady was nice. No smiles no hello no good morning, room service is never available. It was bad go at your own risk if you’re looking to have a good time this is not the place to be

The hotel need up grate but the service is super exceptional excellent Most of the time eating in the buffet by the pool my wife and I make good friends With Iddy and Diane and Darlin great people I give super service

Our stay at Zoëtry was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we spent. The rooms were disgusting and fell far below what I would expect from a property presenting itself as a luxury resort. The service was also extremely inconsistent, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. The biggest issue was that the overall quality simply did not match the price or the promises of a luxury experience. We were so unhappy that we actually spent additional money to leave early rather than continue our stay. That alone says everything about how terrible the experience was. In my opinion, Zoëtry is not a luxury resort by any means. Between the condition of the rooms, inconsistent service, and overall lack of quality, I would not recommend staying here. For the money, there are much better options that actually deliver the level of experience guests are paying for.

Everything was beyond my wildest expectations. I have never encountered more friendlier and more attentive staff; they seem genuinely glad to be working there and it shows in their work ethic and approach to guests. The resort is gorgeous, light, earthy, beautifully decorated and intimate, felt even better than home. The pools were never crowded and we were always able to get our preferred chairs. We had a patio with a hammock and the room was spacious and comfortable, coziest beds. The FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! The drinks were dreamy!!! Just everything was absolutely luxurious and I am only sing praises to this place, I cannot believe it, it felt like an absolute bargain to be getting the quality of experience we had.

Everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent.

Breakfast service (or lack of service given multiple staff) was terrible and food was removed well before breakfast closing. I was also charged a large additional amount after leaving with no communication or invoice. This was an error and it was difficult to contact the hotel to deal with this. No response to website submission.
