This was a nice hotel however we paid for an upgraded room and they did not give it to us. It was very late at night when we checked in, we had to leave early and didn’t get back until late. I should be able to trust them to give us what we paid for. Because I used Expedia, they could not give us a refund nor did they offer. Having said that, the hotel was clean, there were many restaurants in the hotel and I felt very safe walking around outside.
