Hugo and Gerardo at the bar wowed us everyday with cocktail marvels. Rubi our butler was amazing and went above and beyond by finding my wifes lost cell phone (twice). (1,001 reviews) Rooms are bungalow style with I believe 8 units per (4 up and 4 down). Def roomy enough for a couple. Shower temperature can take a bit in the morning to warm up and pressure is mid. Very prompt with room cleaning once you put your sign on the door, but some areas could use improvements (example we were there 7 nights and there was blue toothpaste splattered from previous stays on the sides of the mirror and hairs on the shower walls that were never cleaned. Beaches were beautiful and cleaned daily, very little seaweed in water/sand. Was very difficult to obtain reservations for the a la carte restaurants...we were only successful once in 7 days. Buffet had good variety of food, not always hot or even warm, they could use some warming trays underneath food. Not a huge variety for lunches, as buffet isn't open, just snack bar and pizzas ready made. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but I would likely not return, for a few reasons...one of which is the very hard/firm bed.
