Workers and servers were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Buffet could use some work. Recycles a lot if it’s food throughout the week. Wish it had more variety. Also this resort only offers 3 restaurants that require special booking, and 1 of them is adults only. So I was unable to try it bc I had my toddler. AC in our room was a hit or miss. It was out for half our stay. Overall it’s a nice resort.

Nice rooms. Lots of pools. Good service. Good views. Beach is basic. Most food is ok. Italian restaurant sucked. If you go for the nice rooms and pools you'll like. The night life is mediocre. The beaches have no use other than for laying out or talking walks. Nothing unique about them.

Our anniversary celebration at Kanan Tulum was absolutely magical! The staff went way beyond to make it special, with lovely surprises in our beautifully designed room and an unforgettable dinner at the treetop Nest, surrounded by breathtaking views. The food was excellent, and the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, taking the time to understand our preferences and personalize our dining experience. The unique treetop nests for relaxing and dining make this hotel truly one of a kind. Exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful memories. Thank you, Kanan, for making our stay so memorable!

They help you book cabs or excursions etc there. I would book if you’re looking for a fun but quieter resort.

My host was incredible, couldn’t ask for a better host. The villa look just like the picture. Big and spacious. I had a great stay. It’s also an 24 hours security guard

had such a pleasant stay here!! the villa was so beautiful & relaxing. also, the communication was amazing, anytime i needed anything i was met with very quick response.
