The only thing I would complain about is that a lot of the food was not hot/warm enough at the buffet.

Beautiful place, family friendly, extremely nice staff!

This property is one of three resorts/properties. You have access to all three properties and amenities, which provides multiple pool, restaurant, concierge, bar, etc. services. All restaurants except two require dinner reservations so suggest you make arrangements upon your arrival as time slots fill quickly. Room service is also included, so that is also a dining option. The rooms are comfortable. We are a family of five and had no issues with space or mobility during our stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We also felt a sense of security as each vehicle that enters the property is only granted access after confirming access is needed. They also keep track of all patrons who leave the property to ensure everyone returns safely. My only complaint with the property is the beach access/area was unclean and undergoing renovations which included work trucks consistently passing by the area.

Overall we enjoyed this resort. We were looking for a laid back vacation that was family friendly for our 3 young kids first trip to Mexico. This resort had a good kids pool area and the beach wasn’t unsafe and the water was extremely all in this area. There are very limited dining options and they did not run the buffet for super a few nights we were there, I think due to it not being super busy. It was easy to get chairs at the pool or beach, it’s not a party vibe but they do their best to have a few activities going on. The rooms are spacious villas, easy for the 5 of us to be in there comfortably and in the evening for me and the wife to hang out. Would be nice if there were more dining options, not only at the hotel but there isn’t much surrounding the hotel food wise. Kids had fun, we relaxed, what more can you ask for.

Good experience overall, the only thing that bothered us was all the pools were always warm even with circulating water. We spent most of the time in the ocean because their pools were always warm. We stayed at Riu Palace in Cabo and their pools were also warm as well, maybe it’s just the way they make their pools.
