Food was great could do with the ability to rent a small boat to see more around the island. Unfortunately for us had a super soft bed. A shame properties don’t tell you the types of beds they have.

Firstly if you just come here for the views then it would be worth it. Reading or relaxing by the pool with the most speciality views of the coast is unlike anywhere else, unspoiled by crowds or boats. As there’s only a maximum of 20 guests plus 4-5 staff the whole resort feels like a private getaway rather than a resort and often we were the only ones in the pool. The food was great for all the meals and we definitely didn’t go hungry. The morning and afternoon yoga is great and there is a hiking trail up to a lookout however we encountered lots spiders and biting insects so be wary (in the rooms and by the pool this wasn’t an issue). Overall this feels like a great way to relax, connect with the surrounding nature and admire the beauty of the area.

Amazing property! So much space and luxurious. Loved having our own pool and outdoor space. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Felt like home and very comfortable. Amazing location and so relaxing.

Absolute stunning place, loved the villa, spacious rooms and everything you needed was supplied. It did need a little more attention to the cleaning side of things. Especially mirrors and sliding doors. Otherwise it was a great place. Definitely would be back.

We loved our stay at Reef View Hotel. The views were gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly - check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the arrivals & departure lounge was great for having a shower after lounging by the pool and before catching our flight. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and Reef Lounge downstairs had some decent dinner options. The rooms are a little worn, but clean and comfortable. The location is great right on Catseye beach. Overall highly recommend!

qualia is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited. The setting, architecture, views, and atmosphere truly feel special and uniquely Australian. Our arrival experience was excellent. Noemi provided a warm airport pickup, smooth check-in, and a thoughtful overview of the property and room. The accommodations themselves were stunning. We also had an incredible “Best of Both Worlds” tour with Pedro, who was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about the island. It was one of the highlights of the trip. The main challenge during the first 24 hours was inconsistency in service attentiveness. At times, particularly at the pool and during our first dinner at Long Pavilion, service felt less proactive than expected for a property at this level. Drink refills, reservation follow-up, and simple check-ins occasionally required prompting rather than feeling naturally anticipated. What truly elevated the experience was the response from leadership. Rebecca, the General Manager, was exceptional: thoughtful, responsive, attentive, and genuinely interested in feedback. Her professionalism and accountability significantly improved the remainder of our stay. Beach Club dinner was another standout, with warm staff, relaxed pacing, and beautifully prepared food and cocktails. Overall, qualia delivers an extraordinary setting and many memorable moments.
