A good hotel located at the southern end of Kokusai-dori and close to the monorail. The Ryubo department store is close by too, with its excellent dining hall. The two bedroom apartment was huge. Breakfast was superb. All breakfasts are served in the rooms. We tried both the Japanese and Ryuyu (Okinawan) breakfasts. All snacks and drinks in the room bar are complimentary, and include local beverages and sweets.

So accommodating! Truly felt pampered throughout our stay.

Lovely hotel.. good food, beautiful big room, nice pool, views and spa. Loved the afternoon tea and happy hour. Only feedback would be the gym is too small and dated and felt like a bit of an afterthought. Also, the bedroom could have done with an iron or steamer. Regarding the shuttle bus.. manage expectations as it doesn’t run too often and is subject to availability. However, would definitely recommend this hotel for a very relaxing and peaceful break.

We used the laundry service which is essentially $5 US per load. The machine is all in one and includes an unknown detergent which you cannot bypass, the machine also dries the load for the all in price. The full cycle for wash and dry is approx 2 hours. Unfortunately, the machine did not dry a small load of laundry and we had to run another dry cycle for added cost. The TV in the room is synced with the machines so you can track real time completion of the laundry. Even though we still had over an hour left on the second run and our clothes were NOT yet dry, another guest supposedly called and asked for access to the machine we were using. The hotel staff removed our wet clothes well ahead of the cycle being complete and made no attempt to tell anyone they had removed our clothes. This was done at nearly 11pm with a 5:30 flight the next day. After finding our machine running with 2 additional hours of run time we waited until late into the evening only to find our clothes were not even in the machine; we had to follow staff half way across the campus to retrieve our still wet clothing to absolutely no explanation as to why this had happened. We notified the staff on check out and felt absolutely nothing would be done. A final horrible experience to an otherwise well run venue. The staff other than the laundry attendant were polite and respectful. Valet, bar and restaurant staff are exceptional. We expected far more from a hotel of this caliber.
