Great stay. Checked in with the room setup nicely. We requested for the futon beds which turned out great for our baby. The in-suite washer and dryer is a huge plus. The only down side for us is that the location is a bit of a walk to the elevator of the train station if you travel with a stroller. And I wish the towels of the hotel could be better as mine was shredding on my skin like crazy.

Hotel was in a nice location. 10 minute walk from train station. Convenient location. Staff assisted with luggage transport through Yamato transport, that was less expressive compared to other hotel chain. This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip.

This hotel is really incredible - the staff is lovely, the rooms are big and comfortable and the grounds are just gorgeous and peaceful. I was devastated to only be there one night but it was awesome nonetheless

Staff in the executive lounge did not act like hospitality professionals but behaved as if they were some elite social club allowing guest a privilege of being in their presences.

Perfect place to stay for countless reasons
The service and staff were amazing very helpfully and perfect. The room was spacious enough for 2 people with 2 suitcases.Only a 2 minute walk to the subway. And only a short walk to golden golden gai and Kabukicho. I loved my stay and I will most definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room and very helpful staff. The location was convenient for exploring Tokyo, and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and a great base for our time in Tokyo. Would definitely recommend!
