Our only complaint was there wasn’t ample lighting - also in two of our rooms the outlets were inoperable.
The rooms were very comfortable and spacious though. It’s a quiet area in Venice that we appreciated being in after long days with lots of people. Nice little restaurants close and a water taxi stop that was never busy :)

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was clean. The location was excellent, next to the Ca D’Oro, and behind the Vaporetto station. There hotel has a Venetian-style pesonality but definitely needs upkeep (shower cabinet, walls, fridge did not work). Also bar service was not predicable in the evening.
