My group of 4 women from the the US had a lovely stay here. Good location and super friendly and helpful staff. It was nice having AC during a hot weekend.
The rooms were nice and the beds very comfy. There wasn't much space for our luggage, but I think that's very normal.
The rooftop bar was poppin when we went on a Saturday night.

The people at the check-in are professional but quite cold whereas the men waiting in the lobby are very nice.
Breakfast was excellent.
Our room, number 19 in the basement was freezing cold, we just shut it off. Why is the A/C so cold ? It costs money, it is bad for the planet and I had a headache ?

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.
