Only one small quibble in that the inner pool area could do with a bit of a clean.Other than that all good & would certainly recommend. (299 reviews) The staff in the hotel were lovely and kindly helped us take our suitcases up the stairs to our room. They provided us with a delicious papaya welcome drink and the room was filled with all the usual amenities which was appreciated. We would liked to have ordered food and drinks, as well as using the spa but the phone in room 101 did not work. We had a long day of travelling so didn't bother walking down to reception. We attempted to contact them via email and WhatsApp but no response received. To note, the staff were lovely in person and the communication prior to the stay was fantastic and we appreciated the complomentary airport transfer..
