The hotel was in the best central location to walk everywhere, Duval St, restaurants, water sport rental booths, bars, market, etc...
The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was exceptional.
The only area of improvement was the Serenity Pool. It needed some TLC - wash down the ground (too much bird poop) and refresh towels (there never were any). Other than that, it was great.

Limited parking, but that is about the same for all hotels in the area. Room was a little minimal and dated but comfortable. Good walking distance from the ferry to Dry Tortugas.
