Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

It’s a really small hotel. It’s in a good area but amenities are pretty limited. It also has a very strong perfume smell in the rooms. If this bothers you stay away. The water pressure in the shower was also limited and we couldn’t get any hot water. The staff is really nice and they will help you get a cab.

We had a such a lovely stay as Hotel Caravita. The location is absolutelyb perfect. Right in the heart of Rome.Our room was confortable and clean and the hotel has a lovely boutique feel. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.
Wev had a wonderful time in Romeand hotel Caravita was the perfectfor our trip.
