This property checks all the boxes. Very conveniently located in Causeway Bay near shops and restaurants. MTR is a three min walk. Small boutique feel. Modern. Very helpful staff. Not a resort just a small exceptional property.

Nice hotel, very clean and rooms are nice. The breakfast was great. The only downside was while the staff were very friendly, when we asked the concierge for restaurant recommendations for dinner, he wasn’t able to provide us with any.

Stayed in Park Hotel in June for a family of 3. The room was very spacious and AC worked very well. Staff very accommodating. The hotel is definitely in an excellent location. There are a lot of restaurants and shops on the same street so extremely convenient. Even a souvenir shop right next door for last minute shopping. The Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is about a 10-ish minute walk. The Victoria Harbor is about 15 minute walk. If you need a taxi, the concierge desk will help you get one. I would really recommend this hotel.

Great staff, good breakfast and location.

The rooms were clean and the location was great. However, the front desk could use better organization. During my check-in, the staff accidentally assigned a couple to a room that was already occupied—by another couple in bed! Talk about a welcoming surprise.

I usually love staying here, but this time I felt the rooms weren’t very clean … the bathroom the floors and the overall room had hair and was dirty …
