Room was clean and put together so no complaints there. Staff also were helpful. Limited activities and food menus and service were sub par. Food was probably less than subpar. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I was using as a stationing ground only. I was very disappointed with the food since there really aren’t any options nearby for alternatives.

Staff are excellent. We booked a deluxe room for our comfort with pool but 1st day we could not sleep due to lots of cockroaches and air conditioners was making noice lice helicopter. Next day reported tot the manger, they offer a room but downgraded . Again I repotted them they offer similar room and happy with the room But when we open the kitchen drawer to take a spoon, there was long back used socks too of the spoons, fork and knife’s. I didn’t ever bother to report because I was tried of moving twice in same day… we paid high for the room but we we’re disappointed but happy with the staff, hotel location and environment. From hotel as a compliment they offer us dinner free for the night.

I love this resort. It is beautifully presented and its facilities are fantastic. However, it’s best quality is the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I always stay in a bure in the Reef section (adults only) and I will always go back. Lorraini, But Ani, and Alisi will look after you! I highly recommend it! See you next year!

Loved the Beachcomber!! It was perfect. Staff was Wonderful! Our room was perfect and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Perfect sunsets!

For the self contained couple who want a positive adjunct to their life, this was perfect. The staff are 10/10.

Staff helpful on Fijian time. Extremely grateful for staff staying back and preparing dinner after arriving 9:30pm.

- Moustiquaires dans les hébergements percés (insectes rentraient) - pas de climatisation et de wifi (le LTE pogne même pas) - lors de ma dernière soirée, un employé a eu des comportements très déplacés envers moi pour m’inviter à avoir une relation avec lui. Sinon, hébergement bien. Déjeuner inclus satisfaisant. Drink à un prix raisonnable. Site propre
