Great experience from start to finish, good atmosphere but also really quiet at night. Comfy bed, free beer happy hour, powerful shower. Would recommend it 100%!

I thought the hotel was very beautiful! And the staff were amazing! I just thought the extra charges for the indoor & out door pools was a bit excessive. I think hotel guests should have lower complimentary rates for the use of the indoor pool in particular & the hot tub should be at a higher temperature for greater therapeutics!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,764 reviews)
Swiss otel was in a great location all you had to do is walk out and everything was there. The breakfast could of been better for a 5 star a bit more variety and also a few more fresh items would of been suffice

9.8/10 Exceptional! (143 reviews)
Very well located, few mins to buses and trains. Excellent amenities in the room. We had an issue with our humidifier, but the staff promptly replaced the unit. The breakfast was minimal but just enough. Kids loved the free ice pops. Very happy with the 3 nights spent here.
