I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well

Great location, pleasant professional staff. No elevator in a 5 floor walk up. Staff is willing to carry suitcases. The A/C did work and balcony was pleasant. Lisbon was

This is a very cute hotel. Leads on to the street which is very quaint. However We did not have hot water for the entire stay. Staff tried to help and no communication of the status of the situation until we inquired again. Pillows are so thin, which was not a good sleep
