This is certainly NOT a 5-star hotel.
1. Rooms are outdated & dirty.
2. A parrot lives in the dining room and freely roams where there are dishes and open food on the tables.
3. Smoking is allowed in the indoor bar causing the hotel to smell like cigarettes.
4. We were woken up every morning at 5:30am due to loading/unloading of the hotel’s laundry truck.
5. The hotel staff was unhelpful and the hotel layout was uncomfortable/strange.
Do not recommend. Please stay elsewhere.
