We arrived late at night only to find out that the hot water boiler was broken and the hotel had no hot water all three nights we stayed there. They made it up by providing free buffet breakfast and they also offered a 25% discount on our stay, but to be honest we haven’t yet seen the refund

Smallest hotel room ever. But all else was good

Our room was amazing and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff made us feel comfortable and helped us with planning our trip to the Kitzbüheler Horn. The hotel offers a free trip to the top of the mountain and I can’t say enough about our experience to the top. Breakfast was great except the coffee. Our coffee was either bitter or lukewarm. The spa was the best part- so many different saunas to choose from and so clean. Our favorite was the herbal sauna which is very different than we expected. We will definitely return.

Room’s AC was broken, front desk was helpful and changed our room to one with AC.

Beautiful hotel, great location walkable to center of city and nice terrace restaurant. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
