Nice place that takes you back in time. Needs all around updating.

Property was nice but not overwhelming. austere would be the way to describe the decor. The rooms were a good size and service was good. But overall, there was nothing memorable about this Riad. Also, as is true for most riads in the Medina, one would have to be picked at the nearest car access and be transported by luggage service to the Riad itself. We are used to this, but Dar Bensouda was quite much farther than what would be typical. Good place, but given stiff competition of riads in Marrakech (so many great options at this price level), will likely not come back…

I have been to this property many times and each time I cannot wait to return. Staff is friendly, thoughtful, helpful and professional. I love my stays and think of my time there as a treasure.
