Mangole Scuba Diving Holidays

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in New York City. At 11:30 p.m., I had to request a room change because the noise outside was unbearable. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The bathroom faucet was leaking, leaving water all over the bathroom floor. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, with unacceptable noise levels and poor room maintenance. I would strongly advise anyone visiting NYC to avoid this hotel. I will certainly never stay here again.

The location was great, very close to Trevi fountain. We found it really hard with the smell coming from the 5th floor toilets. The restaurant that served breakfast was also located on the 5th floor. So we skipped breakfast during our stay although we paid extra for breakfast when we booked the place as we could not deal with the bad smell as soon as we came out of the lifts. It is because it’s an old building probably but still we would have gone elsewhere if we had known about the bad smell. We wish we had read the reviews before we booked the place. This hotel certainly didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. May be 3-4 stars.

Great location, lovely reception staff. The breakfast is really good.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel! Staff was really nice and helpful. It’s really well located, close to restaurants, shops and other attractions. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and comfortable.
