The heating and cooling is old school and it’s high flow, which is good, but it’ll dry you out fast. (490 reviews) So many things are great, and well, so much needs updating and improving. On a positive note, the suite with two rooms was accommodating to my family. The welcome Prosecco and fruit was appreciated. Location great and staff friendly. Unfortunately, the room was so dark, dreary and depressing. We had issues- toilet not flushing, shower not draining, and the bedding is disappointing. Brunch was nice, bar also disappointing. Some of the staff smelled like body odor and just over all not inviting. If this place was a three star hotel and the price indicated that, I would be ok, but it surely should not be a Leading Hotel of the World. They do have a cute coffee shop in the lobby but note the sandwiches are already made, but their pastries are yummy. Don't expect great service. The food by the pool is "meh".
