When traveling I always try to stay at a Crowne Plaza property. They are always well maintained, staffed appropriately, and very accommodating. However, the Crowne Plaza. In Atlanta was one of the best properties. The grounds were beautiful! The service was 5 star. I cannot say enough about this specific location. I will definitely stay here again.

Usually an enjoyable stay but this time unfortunately it was not. There were several events going on at the hotel with only one elevator working. Mind you this information was received from fellow guests and not hotel staff.
And Sunday, was worse with the valet parking. Planning ahead for the influx of requests for the amount guests checking out would have been ideal!
