*Highly recommended* 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Clean, safe, and exceptionally located right on Main Gulberg, making it easily accessible from everywhere in the city. The hotel features clean, daily room service, fresh fruit in the room, secure underground parking, and an incredible continental breakfast buffet (6:30 AM – 10:30 AM). What truly sets this hotel apart is the team—they constantly go above and beyond to deliver excellence. I will truly miss my daily interactions with the staff, especially the breakfast team. On one of the days, I skipped breakfast to join my family, and the next morning the staff expressed genuine concern, asking if everything was alright because they missed seeing me! The housekeeping staff was equally thoughtful, checking in daily to ensure my stay was comfortable and asking if I needed anything. This level of hospitality is rare, and I cannot recommend them enough.

It was because of number of reasons. Burnt furniture, constant fluctuation of light. Partially equipped kitchen. Completely not the value for money.

Not worth the amount paid for the stay. Only if there is a long layover in Lahore its ok to rest for a few hours or for a night since it is near the Airport. Last year they had to change my room 2 times because the Aircondition was not working, giving it a second try the hot water faucet was broken in the bathroom, I saw bugs crawling in the room and had to ask to change the room again. I Will Never stay again in this hotel. Though the Staff is amazing, food is good but the property needs to be maintained. Specially when a customer is paying a decent amount for a night. And yes, I sent an email two weeks ago to the management through Hotel.com explaining my previous experience and telling I am going to try once more staying here. Seems like they dont care. I stayed two days September 7-9, 2026.
