The place is comfortable and clean and has a very helpful staff. it just seems to me they are a little sketchy around the edges. The safe didn’t work and the refrigerator had a lot of things in it that knocked around when you shut the door.. The place is clean and safe and in an excellent location when coming from or going to the airport. This may address a concern for people who are not used to driving on the left side of the road. The quality of the breakfast was not quite at the level of the quality of the staff. if you have a Hilux Toyota 4x4 you will have secure parking nut not right in front of the rooms. You lv you car parked in the narrow entry which can involve backing up. Staff helps you park and with the gate.

Excellent hotel in Windhoek. We felt very safe, with friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms, and security present throughout. Lots of delicious restaurant options walkable on site as well. Highly recommend for a stay in Windhoek!
