Great apartment. 5 mins from centre of Liverpool. Easy to access.

The Grand is in a good location and lived up to expectations. However, we were surprised to find the bed had no mattress cover which is not acceptable in today’s standards. Also, there was no face cloth/flannel in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not work which is also disappointing considering the cost of the room (£200)

Great location. Room was fine, very hot, I didn't receive an upgrade I had paid for and was told at 1:30pm the room was ready, but would be an extra £20 to check in, which didn't seem necessary. Not great amenities wise, the kettle connection was quite loose and no conditioner. Would have been great to open the window properly. Very very handy for Liverpool town centre though and bed was comfortable.

I liked the simplicity of the decor, there were no dust traps and no chemical odours disguising smells. Although the proximity of the restaurants and spa were close by there was no evidence of cooking smells or noise, I really did enjoy my stay, the staff everywhere went that extra mile, They were amazing.

Totally enjoyed our stay at The Vincent Hotel. Staff were extremely helpful Room was lovely, very clean and extremely comfortable. Food in the Restaurant was nice Parking is not the best, you have to park on the- meters in Lord Street, not ideal. Would definitely( come back again

Fabulous stay as always

Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea. Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor.

Absolutely perfect. Exceptional hosts. Breakfast outstanding. Very clean. I’d say spotless and that is important to me. Had everything I needed for a relaxing stay and the extra treats were lovely.
