Apartment was not at the address listed in my booking confirmation or on the Expedia listing which we found unacceptable. Trips are planned around the physical location, we did not realize it was not the listed location until we arrived in the city after a 16 hour travel day. Apartment was nice and centrally located

Very old hotel, needs to be updated ...
Carpets needs to be changed....
Spa and swimming pool are nice only for that you can give a bonus...otherwise it's nothing to do around. The room looked very old.
I would say hotel needs to be closed for renovation.

Beautiful, peaceful, modern, clean. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. Super nice staff! Great spa…restaurants were really good! The scenery was amazing!

Elevator is missing and the stairs to the third floor were very narrow and steep.
Breakfast: filling the dishes was slow and some food was missing very often.
The location is good. Innergarden was charming.
