El hotel es muy bueno, y está bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento salvo que les pedimos un agua porque no estaba la de cortesía y me la trajeron 2 horas después y ya casi estábamos dormidos. Muy malo el servicio de desayuno que si bien es externo está dentro del hotel y no tienen nada

Things I enjoyed: overall excellent hotel with plants everywhere, its beautiful. 5 stars. Smooth check in, room beautiful and immaculate, felt big. They have an audi e-tron that can take you places within 2 miles in Nashville, although it is often taken since there is only one. I attended the spa which was a nice experience with a sauna and steam room as well. Things I did not enjoy: Bar upstairs was pretty, although its a bit disappointing to pay that price for a pre-made batch cocktail. Did not appreciate an automatic gratuity on the spa services - that should be up to the customer.

Great location to Broadway and eating Rooms very clean and nice. Check in staff was so very nice and helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Joseph in Nashville. The location was great and the hotel itself was very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
