Unfortunately we visited when the property was overcome with the stench of sargassum seaweed and it was uncomfortable to be outside. Even the restaurant stunk and we couldn’t be in the pool near the beach. The pictures are deceiving because the beach was unusable in July/August. We had to take the free shuttle to neighboring beaches, but that got full and we had to wait for it to make round trips to bring everyone. Or we had to pay for taxis to take us off the property every day. The golf carts that brought us to the room were convenient and staff was friendly. The rooms were large and the space very comfortable for 5 of us. However, towels were not cleaned up during the week and we ran out of toilet paper. Bees were all around the infinity pool bar.
