I spoke to someone and was informed that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. This is after my reservation was confirmed and paid for. I’m still trying to get a refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 0 stars. The gentleman at the front desk walked the parking lot throughout the night checking on guests vehicles. I've never heard of someone doing that at a hotel. Absolutely amazing! He deserves a raise!!
