Just got home from a 7 day trip. knowing basic spanish will be very beneficial. regardless staff does what they can to help. facilities were clean and neat. food was hit or miss. had some AC problems early on, but were fixed. I recommend bringing a small travel fan if you can.

The most relaxing trip. Nothing to think about. Food is amazing & the entire staff is second to none on every level. The property & views are perfect. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel was nice, Just not enough activities or shows needs more entertainment. If you just want to relax this is the place to go.

Hotel and grounds were great. Beach this time of year being mid October was not good. Lots of seaweed and water was brown. They do clean it but doesn’t last long. Many people on beach constantly trying to sell you something. Don’t fall for the welcome package from the hotel staff in white shirts. They will waste your morning trying to get you to join the executive membership which is very costly. Unless that’s what you want. Even in the evening on your way to dinner you are constantly bothered by people and vendors to buy things. Some can be quite pushy as well. We still had a great time. Food was good and room was perfect.

Beyond disappointed with this hotel. Everywhere you walked in that hotel, someone was trying to get $ from you. The pool was so dirty and I only saw someone attempt to clean it once. There was only 1 swim up bar for 3 pools. The food was subpar and they always ran out of something. Staff seemed bothered if you asked a question and they just didn't want to work. We had 2 cleaning ladies for the week and only 1 did her job (Mercedes). Brian at the front desk was awesome at explaining and showing us around. Winston and Nestor were awesome servers at the cabanas. The cabana furniture was dirty. The beach area was just a bunch of chairs too close together for such a small area. Though I appreciated being able to have your own speaker for music, the hotel let it be taken over by the locals who go. The so called entertainment was nothing but about 30 minutes. The spa had so many things that didn't work, it was a waste of time and $. The towels and sheets had stains even though they were clean. The room service had about 3 items on the menu. No liquor menu and they had the bare minimum to offer. The majority of swim out rooms were being "renovated" and you could see mattresses on top of eachother in unused rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I go back.
