Hello I tried to take a shower for a afternoon show and found out the hard way that the hot water was shut off. I waited thinking the water was cold and no change so I called the front desk and they told me the water was off and no idea when it would be on. If I didn't call I would NEVER would of heard anything so I had to go to a show dirty after spending $600 on tickets I had no choice. And I get my final bill today and was charger $220 more for resort fee. So when I go back to Vegas im sure going to remember that treasure island resort hotel & casino doesn't have the courtesy to let customers know the water will be off unless u found out the hard way .i understand stuff happens but you try to hide it and hope nobody uses the water on the floor I was on so they won't hear people complain.

Room was nice, however was not aware that there would be loud night club blasting music until 3am. They definitely should provide ear plugs. The staff always seemed a little confused to any requests or issues. The pool was as nice, and every was pretty clean.

I was surprised at how uncomfortable the bed was. Then all the coffee creamers were spoiled, and then in the middle of the night, the ceiling vent fell down. The rooms are spacious, but outdated. The pool was nice and clean.

For a luxury hotel, would have liked to check in with a person, Never spoke to anyone, did everything at a kiosk. Also, was charge for a snak in the room, when i did not eat anything……after i moved one of the snacks on the counter looking for a tablet there was a sign for …..found it on the other side of room….ugh!!!! and read that we should not touch at all…….then read that if we had leftovers we could not have kept in frig in room. We had a great meal at Jean and George’s….but could not take any leftovers…..lastly no ice bucket in room….. Now, the Spa was amazing!!!!
