The lobby bathroom had 2 sinks; one was tilting and had a broken handle. The room was nice, but again more broken hardware in the bathroom. We had dinner at the restaurant. The service was good but my seafood stew was greasy and tasted slightly unpleasant. My friend's soup was fine. Overall, this place didn't seem to live up to the Waldorf standards. Housekeeping was slow and often didn’t arrive til after 5pm which coincided with when we came back to room to prepare for dinner. Topping up of minibar was inconsistent. Restaurant choice ok but would get monotonous if staying more than a week. Booked preferred room but was not worth it for lounge. Allowed acces to another pool but unclear whether this access was policed. Hotel was nowhere near fall when we were there but would feel overcrowded at full occupancy.
