The room is fine, but the sink is yellowish . Overall I recommend Austrian Trend Europa

Room was much smaller than we expected since we booked a “superior “ room. Supposed to be toiletries, but there were not. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options. Front desk staff were often elsewhere so nobody was there if we needed anything. They were great when they were at the desk though. Very good location in walking distance to Old Town

This hotel is better than I expected. Traditional design. The room was quite spacious and clean. Location was a high point. We were able to walk to the center of the city in just a few minutes. Salzburg is a beautiful city and small enough to walk everywhere.

Not a good hotel and rooms so small and smelly.. old and needs help.. won’t stay here and don’t recommend specially for the price

I stayed at the hotel for six days. The room was small, it is just a bed and a bath. I can hardly find a place large enough to open my carryon bag. Fridge was tiny, can't fit a can of coca in it. Hot water was only warm at most. The only good thing about the hotel is its location. But there are plenty of hotels nearby for about the same price. Staff was terrible. No smiles and no greetings. The elevator was so small, only two people fit in and guests share it with the cleaning guy. I needed to leave one day earlier than planned. I had to talk to Expedia to have them agree. What's even worse, when I am back to the States, I found they charged another person's stay on my account. By the way, they charge you extra 7.10 Euro per day for your stay. I wish I could leave no star for this hotel.
