Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex DFW Pet-friendly Holidays

The staff was great and very helpful. My room had a weird smell and they moved me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Very clean rooms and hotel as whole. They had construction going on on one side of the building and you wouldn’t know if you hadn’t seen the trucks.

First time at “luxury hotel” so expectations were a little higher didn’t spend much time in my room but when I was in the room buzzing noise constantly coming from the a/c. I feel like I’ve had better experiences at other hotels for a more “affordable” price. Other than that facility was amazing and parking was great. I do feel like for the name “Omni” it should be set apart.

The hotel was nice, but you could see the wear and tear. It could use some updates . The valets were very nice but the rest of the staff seemed a bit standoffish. The cafe next door was great.
